Nothing captures the tragedy and agony of struggling with depression like this album. I’m not a metal person, but I consider this a true Classic Rock album.
That being said, it sounds as though this remix has pushed the guitars way back in the mix during certain passages and foregrounded the bass and drums. As a purist, I would recommend seeking out the original CD issue. The mix has more of a doomed atmosphere which is important. Favorite track: Lack Of Comprehension.

I know some consider Symbolic their masterpiece, but imo Human is definitely in the top 3 if not the greatest dm album ever. There's so much detail in each track, you can listen hundreds of times and never get bored. I always feel rejuvenated listening to this.
Favorite track: Suicide Machine.
